With almost 20 years’ experience as a Registered Psychologist, Rebekka’s goal is to help her clients process their fear, pain, anger, shame and loneliness so that they can live with peace and be more present in their lives. She helps clients learn to respond rather than react so that they have more joy and connectedness in every moment of their work and family life, as well as in their relationships and quiet time.

Rebekka has extensive experience in working with anxiety/phobias, depression, grief/trauma, co dependence, self esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, fertility issues, illness and addiction.

Katelyn Collier

Katie is a Physiotherapist who works with musculoskeletal conditions and is passionate about delivering well-rounded, comprehensive Physiotherapy treatment for her clients.


Katie places a high importance on delivering high quality hands-on treatment (including massage, joint mobilisation, Dry Needling, and taping), as well as prescribing exercises for recovery and taking the time to explain the “how” and “why” to her clients.

Dr Jayne Orr

Clinical Psychologist

Jayne is a registered Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages, as well as with families and couples.

Jayne has clinical expertise in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a range of psychological, emotional and interpersonal concerns such as depression and mood problems, anxiety and stress, obsessive-compulsive disorders, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment to life transitions and/or medical conditions, chronic pain, relationship difficulties or interpersonal problems, perinatal mental health (antenatal and postnatal depression, parenthood adjustment, and attachment and bonding difficulties), lowered resilience, and self-esteem problems.

Her empathic, strengths-based therapeutic approach is founded on psychodynamic, family systems, developmental and attachment theories and she makes use of evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural, Bowenian, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused and Narrative techniques in her work.

Alongside her clinical practice, Jayne is a researcher at the Queensland University of Technology, a regular presenter and panel member at national and international psychotherapy conferences, and a reviewer for international peer-reviewed academic journals.

Kellie Himstedt

Kellie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and has over 20 years of experience as a dietitian. Kellie is a member of Dietitians Australia and has served as secretary for the Queensland Branch of the association. She has worked across a variety of settings including hospitals, community health, food services and business and industry. In the past, Kellie has been involved in research projects at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and tutored at QUT. Kellie is passionate about health and nutrition and enjoys working with people of all ages to simplify the science of nutrition into easy-to-understand messages. Her aim is to help everyone make the best choices for their health as the food that we eat is so important in helping us to look and feel our best at every age.

When Kellie is not at work, she enjoys being mum to her three children, cooking and running. In Kellie’s mind there is no greater pleasure than cooking and sharing food with friends and family.

Nic is a registered counsellor and psychotherapist with a background in medicine. With her extensive knowledge and training, she derives meaning from supporting people suffering from complex medical and psychological conditions. She is also a published author in the fields of sexual health, CBT in adolescence and the use of psychedelics in treatment resistant mental illness. She is completing a nationally-recognised specialist training course in Meaning-Centred Therapy (Logotherapy) and is a member of the Viktor Frankl Institue of Australia.

Nic is trained to see a wide variety of presenting issues from youth up to older adults. She has a special interest in mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder along with substance dependence, disordered eating and ADHD which may present as adaptations to unresolved early childhood trauma.

She will help you to increase your self-awareness by encouraging you to consider if any thoughts and behaviours may be obstacles in your way. By guiding you to examine your core values and beliefs, she can help you realise whether they are working for you.

She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including (but not limited to) CBT, DBT, ACT and existential philosophy. Please note — while offering generalised health, fitness and nutrition advice she does not provide a medical service.

She can assist you to rewrite your life story by offering alternate perspectives and she will encourage you to consider not just your current circumstances, but what your greater purpose in life is. Summer Breeze Consultancy

RN, Parent and Infant Care

Summer Gwynne is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years working in neonatal and paediatric health. She has completed studies in Child & Family Health Nursing and Lactation. She is the founder of Summer Breeze Consultancy and has volunteered in a number of for-purpose organisations including the National Rural Women’s Coalition and the Child Health Association of Tasmania.

Summer focuses on helping the families of Indooroopilly and surrounds with the early stages of parenting. From sleep, settling, breast and bottle feeding, there is nothing she can’t put her professional and personal life experiences to. Her biggest motivator is her 6 children.
