Travel Health Plan

Travelling often involves a lot of planning and sometimes a lot of forgetting, so we are here to ensure your health is well taken care of. An iHealth Centre Travel Health Plan may include completion of medical clearance or health insurance documents, organisation of any regular and prophylactic medications, pre-departure COVID-19 testing, and scheduling of any necessary vaccines. We offer advice about mitigating the risks of catching COVID and also treating COVID while you are overseas. We hope that you enjoy your adventures knowing your health has been looked after.

Vaccinations

It’s important to protect your health when travelling overseas. You can avoid diseases and other health conditions by planning ahead for any vaccinations you may need. Some countries require proof of immunisation for certain infectious diseases before you can legally enter the country, while others are optional and may be recommended by your doctor. Examples of common travel vaccinations include Cholera, Hepatitis A, Japanese Encephalitis, Meningococcal, Rabies, Typhoid, and Yellow Fever. While iHealth Centre stocks a wide range of travel vaccinations, you may require a script to purchase them from your local pharmacy and return for your vaccination. Nevertheless, we can administer all travel vaccinations, including Yellow Fever via our certified Yellow Fever immunisation service.
